FAQ
What is SpareRadar?
A UAE marketplace for car parts. A garage asks for one part and says the type it wants. The request goes only to shops that keep that part. Offers come back with a price, the stock status and the seller's warranty. Every deal ends with a proper tax invoice.
How is this different from WhatsApp groups?
In groups, anyone can promise anything. Here every offer shows the stock status, and every seller has a score from real deals. And you ask once, not in ten groups.
Can I ask for genuine, OEM or aftermarket?
Yes. You choose the type when you ask:
genuine, OEM or aftermarket, and new, used or reconditioned. Shops that do not sell that type are not asked, so you do not waste time saying no.
What if the part fails?
Each seller sets his own warranty and writes the terms himself. They appear on the quote, and on the tax invoice SpareRadar issues for him. If the part fails inside that warranty you open a claim in the app and it goes straight to the seller. SpareRadar keeps the record and gives you the channel. The warranty itself is between you and the seller.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, on every deal. SpareRadar issues a proper tax invoice on the seller's behalf, with his TRN on it, and the warranty terms he gave you printed on the same document. You do not have to ask for it and you do not have to go back to the shop for it.
Which seller can I trust?
Every shop's trade licence is checked before it can sell here. After that, every seller has a score from finished deals, and shops that specialise in your car rank above shops that claim every brand. If a seller says in stock and it is not there, you report it and their score goes down.
What does it cost?
It is free for garages, and it stays free. Join with your WhatsApp number and we invite you at launch. Early members get set up first.
