FAQ
What is SpareRadar?
A UAE marketplace for car parts. A garage asks for one part and says the type it wants. The request goes only to shops that keep that part. Offers come back with a price, the stock status and the seller's warranty. Every deal ends with a proper tax invoice.
Do I need to be a big shop?
No. One shop is enough. If you have real stock and you deliver, your score shows it.
How do I win without cutting my price?
Buyers see the stock status and your score, not only the price. Real stock and fast answers win deals.
What if I say “in stock” and it is not?
The buyer can report it, and your score goes down. When a part is not on your shelf, say “can get it”. Honesty protects your score.
Why should I list models and years?
Because that is what gets you asked. A request for a 2016 Pajero bumper goes to the shops that listed that car first. If you only wrote “Mitsubishi”, you are behind them. If you listed nothing, you are not asked at all. Listing your real stock takes a few minutes and it decides how much work you get.
Who makes the invoice?
We do, for you. When you win a deal, SpareRadar issues a proper tax invoice on your behalf, with your TRN and the warranty terms you wrote. You sell the part, we handle the document. Your buyer gets something he can put in his books, and you get a clean record of every deal you made here.
What does it cost?
Free for early members. Join with your WhatsApp number, claim your brands, and we set up your shop before launch. Later there will be a fee for sellers. We will tell you the rate in writing before anything is ever charged, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
